Everything about the service was good. Staff was very professional, courteous and pointed out what other services were due (per recommended maintenance schedule) and the shop was able to perform the additional servicing at this appointment. Overall, I felt like I received timely service on my car and I was as comfortable as I could be in getting it done. I have complete trust in this shop to take care of my vehicle needs in a friendly, cost-effective manner.

Trustworthy, friendly and courteous are words I think of when I hear Yinglings. We have been taking our cars there for many years and I've never had a complaint. Pete and Earl are both knowledgable, nice and easy to work with. The safety of my family is important to me, and when we drive away from Yinglings I'm confident that our cars are safe and roadworthy.

We would have appreciated it if you would have cleaned the brake residue off the front wheels after putting on the new pads and rotors. Also, after getting home and checking the vehicle over, we found that the cap to the brake fluid container was not screwed on properly. In fact, it was just sitting on the filler opening but not screwed on as it should have been. It would have likely fallen off and been lost had we not seen it. Therefore, in the future we suggest someone closely check that all work has been properly and completely done. We will promptly notify you of any other shortcomings we encounter, if any.
