I was new to Kansas and looking for an honest and reliable Auto repair shop after being taken advantage of by other places and still having the same problem with my car. I was referred to Yingling's and was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent customer service and have my car finally repaired correctly! They were all respectful including the transport drivers and helped me in all ways to get things resolved. They did not try to play games with me or try to manipulate me into paying for things that I did not need. What a relief to finally find a decent auto repair place where you can have a good experience! They will certainly be receiving my business from now on.

I was searching for a shop that was reputable, honest and offered excellent service. After having Yingling work on my older model car and take such efforts to locate the issues and repair for a fair price; I now know where I will continue to go for maintenance and the big problems. I felt like I was kept informed of what was being done and what was needed so I was part of the decision making; I was respected as the owner and a female. My vehicle is important to me and having a team of experts I can rely on to maintain it is very important. Thank you!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated this a.m. and as always great service and done on time. A complete review of everything that was checked was texted to me as soon as they were done. I have been taking my cars there for years and have yet to be disappointed.

Had an oil changed. They were quick and convenient. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable which is appreciated.

They saved me! I got in my car one morning and had more lights light up than what I see on a Christmas tree - although not near as pretty. I took it to my normal mechanic, who told me what was wrong, but could not do the work. I called around and got JD. He's awesome! He's been great about talking to me and getting with me on the status of my car. They even did an inspection to make sure we were catching everything. I got the call today that it was done! Not only was it done, but they found that there was a part I did not need, which cut down the bill quite a bit. The fact that they were honest, and could have just replaced the part and gotten the money, means everything to me. I can't recommend them enough!!

You're my heros! You've taken great care of my vehicles for over 20 years but today you rescued me by getting my car started after I came out of the grocery store and my key wouldn't turn. You sent someone right away and had me going in no time (before my milk got warm!). Thanks for your great service.

Yinglings has kept my 2006 Ford F-150 running smooth with over 215,000 miles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Don’t waste your money with dealership repairs costs when you can pay less with an home town independently run service center.
