What I love about Yingling's is that I never feel pressured to do more my vehicle. They completely leave it up to me, without being pushy. I have always walked away from Yingling's confident that my vehicle is better after Yingling's has taken a look.

I was happy to drive my 97 OLDS home on Tuesday, July 18 with air conditioning and without the traction light on. I think the issues that have been plaguing me for several months seem to be fixed . . . again. I thank the young van driver for picking me up at home even though I didn't hear my phone ring and my phone system didn't record the messages. So I have a different "issue" to look after for repairs. Very prompt , honest and friendly service! Pete always calls to update us about our car and the shop does multipoint inspection to make sure the car is safe. We always go to KC to have our vehicles serviced there after our bad experience in Topeka. Never knew this shop exists. Now we know where to bring our other vehicles. 👍

The people were extremely nice and the office area was clean. I gave 4 stars because my appointment was at 9 and I didn't get out of there until just after 10. They do give a punch card where after the 4th oil change you get the 5th free and i had a free coupon and he still punched the 1st hole.

I was completely pressed for time and Pete went above and beyind to bend to the schedule i had, not just that he also could have charged me a few hundred dollars but instead was 100% honest showed me the minor issue fixed it and sent me on my way. All the while i didnt have to change my schedule nnorwas I taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of automobiles .
