Although I ultimately decided not to have the truck repaired the level of customer service was excellent as always. My choices were laid out clearly for me and it was made clear that it was my decision to make on how to move forward.

We have never had anything less than the utmost of professional care. They call to let us know what they find or if there are problems, while performing service on our vehicles, give quotes re: what it will cost for any additional work/repairs, giving us the opportunity to choose whether we want the work done or not. They are great at explaining work done and work that will need to be done based on the vehicle maintenance requirements.

Work was done on time and the right way. Felt pushed to buy more than I needed, never had that before with them.
