Unexpected service as a new customer. We had purchased a free oil change from Yingling's donation through the Festival of Trees 2015 and that opened the door for Yingling to roll out the red carpet. I appreciated them paying attention to detail down to replacing a part and showing me the part and it's potential issue. Home town family business providing a great community service. Thank you.

Being from out of state, I was extremely impressed with the care that I received during the time Yingling's had my vehicle! I was updated frequently, and knew exactly what to expect for the billing, as well as the time frame during which the repairs would be completed. Service was very friendly, and very courteous!

I was very impressed with your service. I had a free oil change card that i won in a raffle. I know they do the vehicle inspection just to point out issues and I'm glad that you do. I wouldn't have known about my bad tire until it blew up and wrecked. Thank you very much for letting me know about my tire
